Before playing roller derby, Bitch played a variety of sports including volleyball, basketball, softball, and soccer.  She swam, cycled, rowed and played water polo in high school, and was named the All Star New England water polo team.  Her skating experience was limited to the roller rink as a child--in fact, the last time Bitch was on quad skates before derby was when she was 9, when she fell at her best friend's birthday party and broke her front tooth.

Bitch Cassidy is a first-year law student at CUNY Law School, and mediates pro se court cases in Brooklyn Civil Court.  When not trying to help people resolve their differences (but silently being fascinated by the conflict), Bitch dabbles in all varieties of fiber arts, such as weaving, embroidery, sewing, as well as occasionally blowing glass and working in clay and wood.  In addition to speaking English decently most of the time, she also speaks French, Spanish, and Arabic reasonably well, but better after one whiskey.  She is also a total snob about Brooklyn and prefers riding her bike to the subway.
