GGRD is a DIY organization. We generally ship once a week, but as some styles are very popular, your order could take up to three weeks to arrive due to limited stock. We try to notify customers of these sorts of delays. Please be patient, and feel free to contact us to inquire about the status of your order. If you require international shipping, please note that your order will be shipped first class and you will likely be asked to provide an extra few dollars to cover the cost.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped First Class/Air Mail/Parcel Post via the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs for each individual item are listed with their description. All web site orders will be shipped within seven business days of receiving payment, unless the item is out of stock.  We try to notify customers of backordered items, but if you don’t hear from us, feel free to inquire as to the status of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship GGRD goodies outside the United States. However, additional shipping charges do apply and your order will be shipped first class, NOT priority. Please contact Knockturn Ali directly if you would like to place an international order. 

SPECIAL NOTE IF YOU ARE ORDERING A POSTER

We have to ship the posters in tubes, and they cannot be combined in the same packaging as other orders. They may arrive at different times, and an extra shipping charge will be added to your order to cover the cost of the mailing tube. For the 2008 Championship Poster, they are a bit hard to keep in stock due to the size of the tube. If you are in the neighborhood, we strongly recommend buying these items at our bouts.

If you wish to receive your package by Christmas, please order no later than FIVE BUSINESS DAYS prior to the 25th.

Please contact Knockturn Ali with the details of your order — but most importantly include your shipping address and zip code. We use USPS (there are no tracking numbers), and we can only assess the status of your package if we have this information.
